Finally got two days of weather forecast that looked good. Gathered crews for both days and headed for the
coast! Got part way there and remembered that I had forgot the gaffs! Called a couple of crew members and
asked them to see what they could come up with. They did good and we were set to go the next morning.
We ran out the the south jetty and made some bait! Then headed west. We really had a good day. Caught
fish on swimbaits, and iron and the live bait we had. 31 tuna in the boat was the old record and we beat it
with 33. The next day we went out and did it again. 33 tuna in the boat. We had a big problem with the
sharks on day two. They were everywhere. Stealing our live bait. We did make an example of them a time
or two. Great crews and a great time!
