Fished out of Garibaldi Oregon for two days! After tuna of course! First day was for a tournament! The
tournament was to benifit the local food bank. "Just Keep Fishing" did not feed any starving children! We
only hooked up one tuna and that came unhinged at the boat. We did get to see two humpback whales putting
on a show for about twenty minutes. Very impressive! We ended the day with only two mackeral and one
arrowtooth flounder to the boat. Great ocean and boat ride but the fishing was not so good.
Next day we headed towards where the winning boat had made a haul from the day before. We started out
with a double hook up on cast fish traps and just kept it up throughout the day. 12 in the box and another
great ride home. Everyone seemed much happier this day!
